Alfajores (prounounced alfa-hor-ays)  is a traditional confection typically made of flour, honey and nuts.  Two delicate, melt in your mouth cookies embracing a luscious dollop of creamy dulce de leche caramel.

In this class you will learn the techniques to make this delicious cookie.  You will learn how to make the dough, roll and bake.  Each student will take home their own 6 decorated cookies and the knowledge how to recreate them at home.  A box to carry your cookies and a certificate of completion will be provided.

Definitely a fav cookie in Nicole’s household.  Let her tell you about it!
