Class and Party FAQs
Do I need to make a reservation?
All classes have a limited number of openings and must have a certain amount of students for the class to be held. You must preregister online or by phone at least 48 business hours before the start date to reserve a seat.
Can I cancel my reservation?
If for any reason you wish to cancel your reservation to any class, you must notify an Over The Top manager at least 48 business hours prior to the class start time to reschedule. Failure to do so will result in a 100% forfeit of class payment.
Can I reschedule for a class at a later time?
If you give 48 business hours advance notice, your class fee can be applied to a future class or used for store credit. Please do understand, all classes must meet a minimum number of students and you may be rescheduled until the minimum number of students is met. We apologize if this causes any inconvenience.
What is the refund policy?
Refunds will only be given in the case that the class is cancelled. Refunds will be in the same form of payment that was originally taken at the register. You may also use this refund as store credit.
What if I have an emergency and can’t make the class?
We do understand that emergencies arise and our management will work with you on an individual basis at their discretion. This matter will also be addressed with the class instructor to make alternative arrangements.
Will you use my photo on social media?
Your registration for a class grants permission for Over The Top Cake Supplies to use any photo or video taken during classes, parties and/or camps for promotional use. This includes but not limited to the website, all social media, and store display.
What if I have feedback about the class?
We hope you enjoy all the classes you attend at Over The Top Cake Supplies. If for any reason you are not happy with your experience, please contact the retail manager of your Over The Top Cake Supplies location. We will be happy to assist you in any way possible.
How many people do I need to book a party?
We require a minimum of 8 participants for private parties.
How long do parties last?
Each of our parties are 2 hours of fun.
What is required to reserve a date for a party?
A $100 deposit is required upon booking to reserve the date. This is a non-refundable deposit that will be credited towards your final balance.
Can I change the number of party attendees after booking?
The final head count for parties must be confirmed seven (7) days prior to party.
What if I have food allergies?
Client is responsible for disclosing any food allergies and/or special requests seven (7) days prior to party.
When is final payment due for parties?
Parties must be paid in full 48 hours prior to party.
What if I need to cancel my party after booking the date?
A minimum of seven (7) days notice is required for cancellation upon which 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
Any notification less than four (4) days will forfeit 100% of deposit.
